Project Group is looking for Project Assistants with below-mentioned qualifications to work with us for the “Technical Assistance for Promotion of Life Long Learning” project.

Qualifications:
 
* University degree
* Excellent command of Turkish and English
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work in international teams
* Excellent command of internet applications; office software, such as word, excel,   powerpoint, databases etc.
 
General Professional Experience:
 
* Minimum 1 year of professional experience
* More than 1 year of international experience will be an asset

Specific Skills:
     
* Experience in provision of administrative and operational support
* Experience in working in an internationally funded project will be an asset
    
Tasks and Duties:
             * Following up of project documents and correspondences
* Supporting the development of all kinds of reports
* Supporting the non-Turkish experts in their interactions with the local stakeholders
* Translating project documents from/to English and Turkish
* Attending meetings and keep meeting notes
* Keeping necessary records, data base and documents and filing
